The Robert R. Smith, M.D. Gamma Knife Center is located on the east side of the campus of Central Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi.

From Downtown Jackson Area: Take I-20 West to Exit 40A- Hwy 18, and head south on Hwy 18 past the shopping center. Then, take a left on Chadwick Drive. The CMMC campus is about one mile down on the left. Just after passing the main hospital building on your left, you can see the Gamma Knife Center on the left. At the stop sign, take a left onto Hospital Drive, and then turn left into the Gamma Knife Center parking lot.

From North Mississippi Area: Take I-55 South towards Jackson. Take the I-220 South Exit 104 towards South Jackson. Go about 11 miles, then exit onto I-20 West towards Vicksburg. Then take Exit 40A- Hwy 18, and head south on Hwy 18 past the shopping center. Take a left on Chadwick Drive. The CMMC campus is about one mile down on the left. Just after passing the main hospital building on your left, you can see the Gamma Knife Center on the left. At the stop sign, take a left onto Hospital Drive, and then turn left into the Gamma Knife Center parking lot.

From South Mississippi / Hattiesburg Area: Take US Hwy 49 North towards Jackson. Then Exit on I-20 West towards Vicksburg/ South Jackson. Stay on I-20 West for about 6 miles, then take Exit 40A- Hwy 18, and head south on Hwy 18 past the shopping center. Take a left on Chadwick Drive. The CMMC campus is about one mile down on the left. Just after passing the main hospital building on your left, you can see the Gamma Knife Center on the left. At the stop sign, take a left onto Hospital Drive, and then turn left into the Gamma Knife Center parking lot.

From West Mississippi / Vicksburg Area: Take I-20 East toward Jackson/ Meridian. Next, Take Exit 40- Hwy 18 and head south on Hwy 18 past the shopping center. Take a left on Chadwick Drive. The CMMC campus is about one mile down on the left. Just after passing the main hospital building on your left, you can see the Gamma Knife Center on the left. At the stop sign, take a left onto Hospital Drive, and then turn left into the Gamma Knife Center parking lot.

From East Mississippi / Meridian Area: Take I-20 West towards Laurel/ Jackson. Next Exit 40A- Hwy 18, and head south on Hwy 18 past the shopping center. Then, take a left on Chadwick Drive. The CMMC campus is about one mile down on the left. Just after passing the main hospital building on your left, you can see the Gamma Knife Center on the left. At the stop sign, take a left onto Hospital Drive, and then turn left into the Gamma Knife Center parking lot.
